after 50 million times of reformatting my computer i can never get my old Microsoft Sidewinder to work properly with Win2k and up on my VIA board.... it works perfect on my bro's comp which uses some old board and he uses Win2k..... is it my board, the drivers, or the way i'm setting it up...... maybe i'll just buy a new USB Pad....

its not the sidewinder joystick.... its the very first sidewinder gamepad that microsoft made.... microsoft said that they don't support them anymore cuz windows will have the drivers for them..... the computer detects the gamepad perfectly, its just that when i play games the computer likes to redetect it... over and over and over and the game will not respond to the gamepad unless i restart the game.... =( .. someone help me...Comment
