    Just had an idea

Why don't we start our own 3DMark Team?

Got any ideas, or want to join, then post away.

Dyck15: We've all got to start somewhere. By the way I've got one as well so I know exactly how you feel, 178 in 3DMark 2003. :shh:

I think it's much more impressive if you have 10 guys that can score 20k, and judging from most of the rigs here it doesnt look like that'll happen :)

That's about it. I'm all for team spirit and bonding and all that crap, but if you just get a team full of people who get sub-excellent scores, then really, what's the point?

Beefy: That was just a joke, of course we want to get decent scores and there must be some rigs here capable of getting them.

Maybe... but we don't have the 'extremists' like a lot of places do... but I'll keep my trap out of it. I've been known to ruin plans cos of my pessimistic ways.. :)

Usually people turn into extremists once they get sucked into the world of high performance computers, overclocking and tweaking....you may say you won't, but you will. Only time will tell before you come to the dark side.

Starting a 3D Team is a good way to spark this, it starts up a sort of friendly competition and people will keep trying to improve their scores.

Just look where OCAddiction is, you have to have a 20k rig just to be in the top 10 for christs sake....:thumb:
