My wallpaper won't go away i deleted the file and it is still there any help?

what do you mean it's still there? it's still on your desktop? just go into Display Properties and change it to something else or nothing at all.

Unless it is part of a theme, in which case you may have to uninstall the entire theme to get rid of the picture.

must be some funky themes that do that. it's been a while since I installed any themes on windows, but I don't recall having that problem :shrug:

Me neither, but I recall seeing a mass of executable theme packages, so anything is possible in this case.
