Video Clip Editing

G'day fellas.

Im very keen to find out how i can edit a video clip.

For example I have a movie at which i want to just extract a certain scene.

How do i cut or copy a certain scene from a video clip file ?

ok im very good at editing movie clips( i make alot of movies for my high skool) rite now i have a very powerful system and a $300 movie editer but if u only want to take clips and cut them and stuff like that u can get "windows movie maker" thats a prety good editer and easy. It will show u how todo all the thing u need to do, but if u can get "windows movie maker 2" that would be ideal. Thats even better and easyer.

I've got movie maker, i know how to cut and past now :D

I just needed it to display techniques used in the film etc for my
english assessment, which i display as a webpage.

ya i can show u a short clip from like 1 yr ago when i just started, i think its my very first time editing a accual video from me taping my friends party. Its set to music and my freind and I are just boxing.If u have msn i can send it to use perty fast, toke me 30 sec to sent it to my friend. but u need broadband so if u dont i dont think i can send it to u. my email is [email protected]

Ohh i was checking out where u live, theres a 7 hr time diffents.
So when im getting out of skool its like 11:00 pm there.
