i get this message about 5 times every time i boot until it finally boots into windows. after it does Verifying DMI Pool data... it supposedly goes into the windows xp boot screen but shows that instead.

i tried to figure it out and one thing i did find out was that it detects my cd and hard drives in the beginning right after counting the memory, but when it tries to boot it doens't see any of the cd or hard drives

does ANYONE know why this is? help would be greatly appreciated, THANKS!

I'm having a bit of trouble finding much on this error. from what i can tell the error probably indicates bad RAM, possibly a bad cpu. RAM would be easier to test, so download the iso version of memtest and see if it detects any errors
