Need for speed underground speed.exe prob

I am having a problem when launching nfsu speed.exe error occors, could someone help me figure out the problem?

No-cd cracks have nothing to do with it, I use them fine.

I suggest updating your game...if you are using the original build it had problems.

Most no-cd cracks work fine, but there's always a chance (usually involving version conflicts between no-cd file and game version) that it won't work. It's just an easy way to help start diagnosing the problem, seeing as the person didn't give us much to work with.

I use them too, and No-CD cracks have everything to do with problems with the Speed.exe executable, since that is the executable replaced by the No-CD version. While most people can get No-CDs to work, some can't, or do silly things like running the EA games auto updater while still using the No-CD.

If you are using the original Speed.exe, and have updated it to the latest 1.4 version using auto update then we can talk about other causes of this problem, but my money is on a faulty No-CD.

I highly doubt it could be a no cd problem, ive tried many versions of no-cd and they hardly work. I was told the german version works but didn't for some reason.

So have you done what I've suggested? I.e. remove the No-CD, update the original game to V1.4?

BTW the No-CD works just fine, you don't need the german version. However if you want this problem resolved you have to give us more details of what you've tried.

The only way to get the patch is the auto updater, and please stop posting multiple times dreamboi, perhaps do a bit of reading before posting, or post all your comments in the one post (i.e. use the EDIT button)?

I've edited the thread, removed several of Dreamboi's posts and we can leave this open now hopefully.
