ASUS SK8V video problems

Motherboard ASUS SKV8
System Specs: Motherboard: ASUS SKV8 with athlon 64 fx-51 2200mhz complete combo kit
Video Card: ATI Radeon 9800 pro 256mg
Ram ECC Registered PC3200 1gb

Having a video problem on the boot up. Once I start the computer the Monitor screen is blank the light is orange and I get no video.
I know people having similar problems had Not Fully inserted Video card which fixed it...
MINE is fully inserted and no such problems, I still get no Video.
I have Tried GForce4 ti 4600 128mg Universal voltage card ... same problem, I get no video. Also I have tried GForce2 MX 64mg, SAME problem...

Still no video, I have a Voice error message BIOS, it Sounds of NO error messages, not even a VGA error.
I tried clearing CMOS several times. ASUS SK8V mainboard has no associated jumpers with vga.

Help please??

More than likely, either your CPU of even more likely your memory is not fully seated. This will cause the system to not even make it into BIOS, which means the voice activated error messages would not have the opportunity to play a part in the problem.

If this doesn't fix it, take out every single component and start over as the problem will either be something loose or possibly a short between the motherboard and the enclosure.
