I don't have any reviews to back it up, but my experiences with lite on have been great. Here's one that seems great.
It has good speeds, it's decently affordable, and it does everything you should need it to do. Plus, it has dual layer which is great for the quality of your finished product.

Yes Lite-On is a brand I always recommend and you should consider it.
