Yes, it's the infamous system32 problem. It start happening a while ago, but i didnt really mind it. But now it's becoming an annoyance. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

How about you post the entire log, not just the running processes.
Granted, this is usually just a startup entry in msconfig which needs to be unticked (or "fixed" in HijackThis. That said, it's been quite a while since I've seen this one, and I don't remember whether or not it had another cause and if so, how to fix it. But let's see the rest of that log before we worry about that.
