I need help with PSU and Screen.
I was thinking on switching the motherboard to Gigabyte GA-945P-DS3.

Any 945P based motherboard will run out of headroom around 325MHz if you plan on overclocking. I would skip the ASUS P5N-E SLI as well and get either the Gigabyte 650i board or the MSI 650i board.
