I heard this was the "official" Gigabyte forum so I'll try asking here and sorry if this has been answered before but I've never found a straight answer.
I recently got a GA-X48T-DQ6 and it works excellent but today my two new discs arrived 2x 750gb Samsung discs and I wanted to try using raid 0 on them. The problems first occurred when I tried booting up after installing them, windows just hang on startup -> flashed a bluescreen -> rebooted, did not even start in safe mode. So I tried to re-install windows vista ultimate x64 but the setup said "no discs meet the criteria" even if they weren't raided and even the unraided ones would work. After some fiddling I noticed that it was caused by enabling RAID in BIOS, you didn't even have to use raid on them just enabling the function would cause the BSOD.
I mailed Gigabyte about this but anyone know how to solve it?
Thanks in advance.
P.S. Gigabyte should get a real official board :)
