EP45-DQ6 - problem with start-up + video

During the start-up motherboard tries to start, but CPU, GD1, GD2, MD1 and MD2 LEDs flash. (CPU once, other twice), pc-speaker beeps, and after RESET computet starts... Sometimes i need two resets...

When finally vista is launched and system seems to work stable i get 1 second freeze from time to time. Also sometimes mobo sounds like it restarts (everyone knows that specific sound after pressing restart), but nothing happens - system works...

I have F12 BIOS.

Memory Voltage set to: 2.2 (tried also 2.1 and mobo default), memory reference is 2.1 - 2.2

Gigabyte EP45-DQ6, C2Q Q9450 + Scythe Mugen + Arctic Silver 5, 2 x OCZ 2048MB 1066 MHz CL5.0 Reaper HPC, EVGA GeForce GTX 280 SSC, SB X-Fi Xtreme Audio
HDD SATA: Maxtor DiamondMax STM3500320AS 500GB, WD Caviar SE16 WD3200KS 320GB, WD Caviar SE16 WD25000AAKS 250GB, DVD: LG GDR-H20N, DVD-RW: Pioneer DVR-217FBK , memory card reader: Samsung SFD-321F/T6UB

Can you find a BIOS Setting template for your motherboard, fill it with your settings and post it? If not BIOS setup pictures would do.
Also put your system info in your signature will make it easier to follow.

I've found solution watching my own video :) Blue led near the graphic card.
Got 7 blue leds on MOBO, and only this one was active. I pushed in the card harder... :)
