                        Re: Gigabyte GA-X58-UD4 problem

Did you check for bent CPU pins before installing your CPU? If not you may need to check.

Have to ask, sorry. You do have the 8 Pin ATX 12 CPU power plug, and the 24 Pin ATX cable plugged in correct?

Your next move would be to get the board out of the case, and OFF the motherboard tray. Then try with minimal hardware such as CPU/Heatsink, One stick of ram in a white slot, and your GFX Card. NOTHING else, no hard drives, cd drives, external devices, ect. If the system then starts add things one at a time until you find the culprit.

You sure your heatsink or rear mounting plate is not causing a short? Check this as well. Might as well do this, and check your CPU socket pins while you are at it. Be Careful not to bend any while checking!

Could it be the problem with BIOS?
I'm asking this because everytime, after series of shuting down and turning on, my BIOS settings is set to default. Then appears some message (in BIOS) that says there are some wrong settings with OC or voltage.
                          What should I do now?

Well, that is because you do not put the right settings in and they fail so the board loads defaults. Please give me your current settings and full specs in a template and I will advise back

                              Re: Gigabyte GA-X58-UD4 problem

I'm sorry because you're waiting. I need more time to rewrite all settings form BIOS. I'll rewrite them, but there is nothing special I changed.
I changed primary boot device to hard drive and set my RAM frequency to 1333 MHz.(I changed multiplier to 10.0). That's all I changed. Only that 2 options. I'm currently using BIOS version F5. I downloaded it from Gigabyte's web-page. I flashed BIOS with QFlash.
                              I never OCed proccessor.
