Auto can overvolt many voltages, so it's best to not leave them on auto when overclocking.

You may be ok though, you can check what auto is using by installing easytune and checking the advanced voltage section and see what it's using.

Oh i see, are these readings normal ( while running pi), is that 12v reading normal?

      cheers!

Those are normal, the 12V must be a bad reading is all. Are you using the latest BIOS and the latest version of easytune?

And when I said to check voltages, I meant in easytune go to Tuner tab, then advanced, then voltage 1 tab and you will see what Auto is giving you for voltages in the BIOS settings.

That way you can check to be sure none are being overvolted too much.

yea under bios, its about 12.4v

Btw the computer reset the bios its self on start up said it was due to over clocking, it didnt crash though

cant seem to find the turner tab though, im using easy tune 5 pro?

Ahh, sounds like you still have some unstable settings then, defaults will be used until you correct this (It only appears your settings are still used in the BIOS)

            Use the latest Easytune 6

Yes, I see a memory vref "off", but if they all match/auto in the BIOS you are fine
