ION 330HT-BD having a problem booting up

Im having a problem with the power button on my ION 330HT-BD

to boot up my device i have to press the power button twice
the first press seems to spin up the drive and stop
the second press boots up the device


I'm not sure what to do to resolve this i tried looking though the bios for any thing power related but cant find anything on the power button.
