    Re: X48T-DQ6 . Vcore question

Do you have LLC enabled, that may allow you to lower the Vcore a little bit.

        Re: X48T-DQ6 . Vcore question

Well not much you can do then if you already tried lower and it became unstable.

Better cooler block could help deal with the temps though. Your temps are ok now though, were you worried about them or just wanting to lower?

            Re: X48T-DQ6 . Vcore question

You have a few hidden options in this BIOS, they may help you lower Vcore a little bit, not sure?

On the MAIN BIOS page hit Control + F1, the screen will flash, then go into MIT section and you should find the following hidden options:
            CPU/PCIEX Clock Driving Control [800mV]
            CPU Clock Skew Control [normal]
            GMCH Clock Skew Control [Normal]

They shouldn't really be needed at your overclock speed though, so I doubt any tinkering with them will help you lower any voltages, they mainly help with stability.
