found new/better drivbers for the 890fx deluxe 3:
VIA VT2020(S)--> go to VIA website/downloads, new sound driver gives cleaner sound
Realtek RTL8111E--> search for 7.033 NIC driver
Chipset 8.71 (new USB filter driver)--> Gigabyte website, choose a 890fx mobo and download the chipset drivers if you have problems with USB compatibility
I'm still waiting for a better RAID/AHCI driver from AMD... its load of wrap if you consider all the people reporting BSODs and Freezes with 890fx chips.
If you have stability problems with BIOS P1.90, I found it would be good to revert to P1.80. As ASRock states on the download page: you should not change drivers/BIOS versions if your system runs fine.
