Asrock 890gx won't boot and led debug 00

Hi everyone, i have a big big problem. I bought the motherboard asrock 870g extreme 3 and
VGA SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5770 1024MB (PCI-E, 2xD, HDMI, DP, A) AMD AM3 Phenom X4 955 Bl.Ed. II Box - C3 3.2 GHz - 8MB Cache - 125W
CORSAIR XMS3 DDR3 1333MHz TW3X4G1333C9A 4GB (2x2GB) CAS 9

when I put everything in and turn on the pc, at the screen did not appear nothing at all. The debug led just turned on and always remained at 00, without showing further signs of debugging.
I was then told that the motherboard was faulty, but when I bought another motherboard asrock 890gx and I put the same pieces the same problem appeared.
So i wanted to ask if you can help me and, if possible, make me understand the error of 00 what is precisely mean. The manual says passes control to os, but then it means that everything is attached without problem and will be booted the OS?
Because if so the problem could be the video card, that don't show nothing on the screen.

I wanted to give other information, the power supply cables I put them all well, both 24-pin 8-pin. The CPU fan and the video card fan are working properly. The processor on the motherboard seems to become hot, so at least it's operational. I do not understand yet what the problem is.

Hi Zakato,

Error Code 00 =control to OS Loader (typically INT19h).

Lets try the easiest fix first and see if it works.
Please clear the CMOS (Reset the Bios)
Afer that please enter bios, and choose "Load Optimized Settings" save and exit.

Let me know if this works.

hi, maybe i don't explane me welll. when I turn on the PC nothing appears on the screen so I can not access the bios. So it seems that nothing works.
But if the debug LED goes to 00 means that all is well and that therefore the reason why you can not see anything on the screen the problem came from the vga or is there another problem?
Because if the debug led to 00 means that it is all right and that the board wants to launch the boot of the OS means that at least the motherboard and prociessore is affixed, no?

I have not mounted already the HD, because I thought you resolve the problem of why you could not see anything on the screen.

Ok I think I understand now.

Yes, if you have received the 00 does mean that you have a succesfull boot.
So yes, I now believe your problem is the video card.

Give me a few min. and ill try to help you with that problem.

Ok let's try to troubleshoot your video card. Lets start with the simplest of fixes first.

1. Turn off your pc
2. Remove your video card from your motherboard.
3. Reinsert your video card on your motherboard. Make sure you have it in full on the motherboard.
4. Please make sure you have connected a power cable on the back of the video card. You can see a pic here Google Image Result for http://img.hexus.net/v2/graphics_cards/ati/HD5770/Sapphire/Cross.jpg
5. Turn PC on and see if you finally have an image on your monitor.
6. If there is still no image on the screen, try another DVI/VGA connector on the video card.

I connected the power adapter cable to the video card, connected everything and turn on the pc, but again still nothing. no signal on the monitor.

i use a dvi adapter on the vga cable, but the vga cable work on another pc.

Have you tried the video card in a different PCI Express slot? I know its a new board, but its worth trying out.

Do you have another pc or does a friend of yours have a pc with a pci express slot where you can test the video card on?

i tried another slot, but it didn't work, use another pc is an option, but i'm still not sure that the problem is the vga. you' re sure that the 00 debug code means that processor and mother bord work fine? sorry if i ask this again, but i have a bad feeling about the processor.
