Hi there,
I am having a bit of a problem with my Asrock Ion 330 HT system.
I bought this one around a year ago, and have installed Ubuntu on it including XBMC.
It all worked fine, but since a week I am noticing that it is making a loud noise when booting up. So I looked arround and everything points towards a faulty HDD or something. Forum post results in the same diagnose.
So I was planning to back up all the movies and sereis this morning.
When I touched the Power button, nothing happend, so...... bummer I say.
The weird part is, just 8 hours before I turned it off after an evening of movie watching.
Is there somebody who can pinpoint me towards a good direction of finding the problem?
power cord is attached, and it is plugged. There is nothing wrong with the cables, or there must have been someone in the house messing with it.
Is it possible that my HDD did die on me tonight and it doesn't start, there isn't even a bit of power to light up the button and saying that the system can't boot without HDD or something like that.
