N68S-UCC and AMD Phenom II x4 965 ?

Hi all...

Just got a new system up and running and think the CPU and M/B are not right combination.

M/B ASRock N68S-UCC
CPU AMD II Phenom x4 Black 965 (Quad core 3.4GHz)

I cannot get the cpu to more than 800MHz. (UBUNTU or CentOS) Yes I have turned cool n quiet to disabled... it runs fine but tad slow.

So either doing something dumb or it's something else.

Anyone?

Due to your CPU Phenom x4 965 is over 95w, the CPU maybe not work normally.
