I connect to SATA 0 and 1, which is via the Intel chip, on the ASRock Z68 Extreme7, the disks show up in device manager as UDMA-5? Can this be right? I installed all Intel chipset drivers, latest bios for mobo and latest firmware for SSD. SSD benchmark showed 495mb/s sequential write and I think 290mb/s read so I guess speeds are ok?
