Asrock p67 Fatality Pro.. wont turn off

I have a big problem. My p67 Fatlity bord wont turn off. It turns off for few second and then powers up again. Try with different memory, cpu, gpu almoast everything but nothing helps. OS is win7. Please help because only way to turn off is by holding power button..

It powers on if you press a key, move the mouse or how?

No. BY it self. It is strange i know. I turn it off from win7, normaly with shut down. It powers off but after 2,3 seconds it powers up again..

Remove lan cable or modem cable or better see in BIOS if "Wake on lan" or everything starting with Wake On is enabled.
