x58 Extreme 3 Bios Memory Settings: How do I...?

How do I set the timings for this ram:

Newegg.com - CORSAIR XMS3 12GB (6 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model HX3X12G1333C9

into the BIOS for the ASRock x58 Extreme 3 MB?

My goal is to have:

1.) All memory timings which are now [AUTO] are set to manual value
2.) Any other BIOS settings which may affect the memory also changed from [AUTO] to a manual value

I am out of my element here but am very thankful for any help whatsoever.

anychance you could take pictures of each bios screen? mainly to do with ram and post here? i have no idea what memory would be labelled as on that board
