PCI Slots not working

Hello

I am having problems with my PCI slots on my ASRock G31M-GS R2.0 Motherboard, they are not detecting any cards that i put in them.
The other equipment that i am using with the motherboard is
Corsair CX430 PSU,
Corsair 1gb memory,
Western Digital 160 gb Caviar Blue HDD,
Intel Celeron 430 CPU.
is there anything i can do to resolve this.

Isn't it a seat problem? Some bad cases don't let cards go down and seat fully on the slot.
