Action Canceled

I am sure this has happened since I installed SP1 but everytime I visit certain web sites some of the advertising tiles on the page do not load and instead they display a Blue I and the message "Action Canceled". Also when I right click on the page the address ususally points to:

res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm#http://ad.uk.doubleclick.net/adi/fs....60;ord=887413?

or something to do with ad.uk.doubleclick.net

Is anyone else expereincing this and does any know if there is a fix for this?
