New Build Wont Boot with Asrock z75

[Cliff_Needs_Help]

Hello - I as having trouble with a new build. It will not boot with Dimms in A1, B1, or A2, B2. It will boot with Dimms in A1,A2, but it usually takes 3 to 4 cycles.

After reading from other people, I have swapped the DIMMS around, and tried to re-seat the CPU.

Any Advice would be appreciated.

GeForce GTX 650

Your memory is not in your boards Memory Compatibility list, or any 2133 memory.
