Z77 Extreme4 WOL settings need help

Hi all,
I need to be able wake my computer from both in house network and also from internet.
Can someone tell me what changes i should make on the bios and also windows7/64 for the Extreme to be able to WOL. Also what ports should be forwarded for internet WOL for Extreme4.

Ok i managed to enable the WOL from bios and be able to WOL from home WLAN. But can not WOL from internet. Any ideas for which port to forward for Extremee for WOL from internet?
