I RMA'd a z87 extreme6 due to a not being able to run memory in dual channel. However, with that board, I did successfully install the needed drivers/utilities/windows 8 (while running in single channel) and the computer was working fine.
When I get my replacement board, is there a reason to reinstall drivers? I know I'll update the bios first thing, but didn't think there was a reason to reinstall drivers again. Right?
