    Hi,

I locked my self out of the BMC GUI (MegaRAC SP). How I can reset the password back to 'admin/admin' ?

    Thanks.

      Dear,

I have the same problem that I can't login. I am 99% sure I know the password, but it keeps saying it is not right.
This problem started when I would update to a newer version but canceled because it was already the newest version.

Can I get the same tool to reset the login to default?

      Yours faitfully, Huug Binkers

Please follow this link to download the tool bmcdef.exe https://www.dropbox.com/s/ieeiwghbn4lmw73/BmcDef.EXE .
lease run bmcdef at the C: prompt under DOS. To do that, you will need a DOS-bootable USB flash drive to boot up the board and then execute bmcdef.

To create a DOS-bootable USB flash drive, many professionals out there use the tool Rufus. You can download the tool here Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way . Once the USB flash drive is made to be DOS-bootable, please save the BMC reset tool, bmcdef.exe, to it.
