Asrock ConRoe 1333-DVI/H

Hi, I have the above motherboard using a P4 (3.6ghz) CPU and wish to upgrade to a E8500 Core 2 Duo. My question is do I need to upgrade the BIOS first to do this, My Bios is version P1.20, Im not sure if there is a more up to date version to run under windows 7

Any input would be greatly appreciated

According to the above page the E8500 req's P2.00 or above.
