FIC AN11 question

Dont know if this is the correct forum, but here goes. I have a FIC AN11 m/b with a XP2000+ in an Antec full tower case with 4 case fans. What temp should I have the warning set to and what tempo should I have the shut down set to? Recommendations? Was thingking of getting that liquid cooled CPU heat sink, but not sure if its actually needed. According to the BIOS, internal temp is 40C and CPU temp is around 80C

Let me correct my temps.

Case temp is 25C and CPU temp is 40C. Read teh wrong numbers I wrote down.
