  • Attempting to use the ASRock Timing Configurator

Hello, this is my first post in this forum but I'm on many others.

I have a ASRock Z97 OC Formula with an i7-4790k and I'm trying to use the timing configurator to set my memory timings on the fly. It's advertised as being able to do this but I only get a read-out of the setting with no option to change them. I've googled how to use this software but came back with no results. What are other people using to do this? I've also tried CPU Tweaker, Memset, SetFSB & AISuite but none of them work with this board.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. TIA

"Configurator" obviously got lost in translation. As you've since discovered. Current "Configuration" more aptly describes the app.
#1 - Please, when seeking help, enter the make and model of ALL parts that your system is comprised of in your Signature, or at least the model #'s in your System Specs, then "Save' it.
____If you are overclocking, underclocking, or undervolting any parts, informing us of this and their values would prove beneficial in helping you.

#2 - Consider your PSU to be the foundation from which all else is built upon. Anything built upon a weak foundation is poorly built.

Re: Attempting to use the ASRock Timing Configurator

Thanks for the reply Wardog. Are you aware of any software available to work with ASRock for adjusting timings on the fly? I use AOD for all my AMD stuff, but haven't found anything that will work with ASRock for the Intel side.
