Download the instant flash file for your board on asrock website, your need access to another computer, unzip the flash file to a usb thumb drive formatted to fat of fat32, place it in one of the usb2 ports on computer thats bricked and restart, it might continue the flash and unbrick
    good luck

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Updated BIOS 3.00 to 3.20 on FM2A88X-ITX+, rebooted, started booting from Gentoo installation USB stick (system didn't have OS yet), pressed Ctrl+Alt+Del and that's it. System is gone. No USB (keyboard without lights) and no vides (DVI-D and HDMI) at least. Tried with USB stick with instant flash file - no help. Saw similar posts on other forums. Looks like 3.20 version is faulty. Sent email to ASRock and waiting for response. Hope they have a solution.

Did you try with the original bios version that was on the MB?

I just did. Tried version 3.00 (the one that was before the update). The same result. Like USB ports don't work at all.

Think your have to contact Asrock support to send you another bios chip, I don't think it cost much...

Re: seems i bricked my asrock fatal1ty fm2a88x+ killer

Just rebuilt my desktop w/ FM2A88X+ Killer MB. The first time I've ever tried to flash a BIOS. I just followed the written instructions in the Quick Installation Guide. On first start-up I entered BIOS w/o going to the OS. I tried to use the Instant Flash but nothing seemed to happen (I think because I had not set up my Network Config). Once the Network was setup and the BIOS had a path to the Internet, the 'automatic Flash' routine just kicked in and downloaded the latest AMI BIOS P2.60 dated 12/11/2015. I made no other changes to the default settings. I restarted the PC and it went right to the OS and loaded everything perfectly. Maybe the first time is a charm or I was just lucky. I've read lots of horror stories on BIOS Flash issues and was either lucky or the ASRock folks have a good system to handle the 'automatic update downloading' part. I do have a memory detect issue, but that is another problem I've posted.
