ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Bluetooth

Hello everybody. I have an ASRock Z68 Extreme4 motherboard in my Windows 10 computer. When I built it I didn' t even know what Bluetooth was. Now I want to sync up my Blaze Fitbit. Is there a way to activate Bluetooth on the board or do I need an external dongle?
