Hi,
Using Windows XP, without any service packs.
I went to windowsupdate.com and had it automatically download 28 'hotfixes' (which in my opinion aren't too hot anymore)
They all failed when I tried to install, I knew something was up when it took forever to install in the first place (approx. 30 minutes)
I go back to windowsupdate.com, check Previous Install History, and it shows that Media Player 9 installed Fine, but everything else Failed. I manually uninstalled every hotfix, which in the end did nothing but waste 3 hours time. Everything runs really slow, especially restarting the computer.
If anyone has encountered this or knows of any fixes it'd be GREATLY appreciated, thanks!
