Gotta love 'em, except they aren't very durable...

I just bought a new 1100mAh Li-Ion battery for my Nokia 5110..... and it weighs only 101g instead of 143g with the standard 900mAh Ni-MH battery - longer lasting battery, slimmer and lighter - who's complaining? :D

    It was a T10s.

But now I've moved onto a Motorola T191. It's almost the same size as the 82xx series Nokias, so I guess it's just as much a girls' phone. (ie: This is the size of my finger |-----|, size of the buttons |-|)

My friends with them had so much trouble..... software glitches causing the phone to reboot all the time (much like my old A1018s), poor transmission (received speech was good though), broken flips... crappy batteries... one of my friends hated it so much that he threw it off a jetty, paid the $150 excess on his insurance and swapped it for a Nokia 3310 - very happy now :)

And I agree with your comments Onyx about Nokia screens being less durable... especially the later ones. However, my Nokia 5110 has been abused quite a bit (including dropping it without the front case on) :o and the LCD didn't break. The only time I have heard of a 5110 screen breaking was a friend's daughter had too much to drink one night and landed on her arse. That broke the screen - but never seen another 5110 broken like that :)
