Go to Crucial.com, and do a search on your make and model. They state that yours will accept pc100 or 133, but the chips must be of a particular type. Their prices seem resonable, and it is good memory. I've never had a problem with their's anyway.

All I see is the standard specifics of CL and Non-ECC, which they are anyway. If I stick a chip in there and it's not compatible, will it damage the system or just not boot?

    From Crucial site...
    Important information about your computer
Your system only supports modules made with a specific type of chips. While you might find what appears to be the exact same memory for a lower price elsewhere, chances are good that the cheaper memory will not work in your system. The Crucial Memory Selector only selects memory that is 100% guaranteed compatible with your system or we'll give you your money back!
Incompatible memory won't hurt your hardware, but you may get a "non boot" situation, or data corruption if it does boot.

As long as your motherboard supports the SDRAM modules, it will work with PC133 memory. The speed rating is nothing more than the fastest that the module is tested to run at with complete stability. So even if your processor runs at 100MHz, the 133MHz memory won't hurt anything. It just gives you more headroom for overclocking; but then the i815 chipset was notoriously known as one of the all time worst overclockers to hit the marketplace.
