    Please explain the difference between:
    P4C800 Deluxe and P4C800-E Deluxe motherboards from Asus.

    Also, my Dell does not allow programs that normally get core/system temperature to find the temp. Is this something that either/both of the above mobos would fix?

    Finally, please explain all the difference, and saying if the difference is good or bad.

    maybe the dell is missing the temp probes?

    Programs like Motherboard Monitor get their readings from the BIOS. A new board would fix this, yours simply may not have the sensors.

    yes, i have seen the product pages. But they seem so similar. Intel GBit thing, or the AI thing for internet? Stuff like that is over my head. I have had an interest in hardware for all of a week now, some of their terms are beyond me :(

    Yeah it compares the two and shows what the E brings to the table.
