Thread: Asus P4R800-VM Tweak?

I went out and bought myself the new Asus P4R800-VM mobo last week and I've been spending hours trying to find out a way to overclock the bios. The problem is that Asus hid all the options in the bios and fixed the options for everything else. What I know so far is that firmware called AMIBIOS Core 8 is supposed to re-configure the bios so everything shows up and you got extra features to play around with, the problem with this is you cant download the desktop utility anywhere.

If you wanted a board to overclock you should have bought the P4P800 instead...

But if its possible to overclock on that board, it will be in "Jumperfree Configuration".

With ASUS "VM" = Value Motherboard and I've yet to see one that has overclockin' options (they didn't hide them, they just didn't include them).
