Most P4 motherboards will support that CPU and ram, you just need to check the specs to be certain.

Actually, most P4 motherboards won't support that as it is socket 478 and most P4 motherboards are now LGA775. Pretty much any socket 478 motherboard will do. Intel itself makes some of the most-stable, cheapest motherboards out there. Asus is about the best brand in that socket if you're going to overclock, though. Given how slow that CPU is, I'd say it wouldn't be a bad idea to consider.

This is a Socket 423 not 478 i know it's out of date by a long shot but it works like a hot dam, i built this machine about 5 years ago, I bought to sticks of mem thinking they were both 266 but one was a 333 and that's a no no it got hot and melted one of the mem slots enough that i can't use it.
    Thanks for the replies!!

I was worried it might be 432... What I said still applies, but you'll have a lot more trouble finding a decent motherboard for it. Honesly though, you'd be better off just selling the processor and getting a new board and CPU.

Almost any board that uses DDR will be able to use it, but it will reduce performance enough that it might make sense to sell it and get DDR400.
