    Question overclocking my gigabyte ga-ma78gm-s2h board

    i have a gigabyte ga-ma78gm-s3h motherboard and i want to overclock it some but the book that came with it doesnt help and if you ask gigaybte,they say refere to book ...
    I have a amd athalon 64+2 5600 chip thats 2.8ghz,
    2gb of patirot memory dual ddr2 at 800 mhz needs to run at 2.1 volts(4-4-4-12)
    am running ati radeon video card right now am waiting for my new card it will be a pci-2.0 1gb memory
    i would like to overclock it to a safe level i want it to be stable but overclocked i use the computer alot 6-7 hrs day.
    my bios is award version f3
    any help would be so appreciated thanks

    go into the bios and go under the advanced menu and select jumperfree setup, then set it to manual then it will give you all the options
