    Default Motherboard Dielama_HELP PLS

I'll be buying a new motherboard in a week or so and each time I check upon different products I get more and more confused. I've always used intel chipset based motherboard, never had any experience with the nforce, but this time I really want to buy an nvidia chipset based mobo, if its good that is. I'm not fussed about upgrading into Sli but an option seems attractive. I've narrowed down my choice to two boards

    ASUS P5N D 750i: Newegg.com - ASUS P5N-D LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards
XFX 750i SLI: Newegg.com - XFX MB750I72P9 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

Which one do you guys think wld be most stable and overclockable or should I go with P45 boards. Any other views would be appriciated.

    Here is my current setup:
Wolfdale E8400 3.6 GHz with Thermaltake V1 CPU Cooler,
    ASUS P5E-VM HDMI G35
    XFX 9800GTX 512MB
    TT-500W PSU
    Transcend 4GB 800MHz DDR2
    Samsung 250GB 7.2K HDD

I would go with a P45 board their are lots of good boards about
    DFI P45 are good
    as are Asus
I would choose one of these :)

Both overclock very well on the E*400 and should reach about 3.8 on air with a Good cooler
