    Default UD3P/Velociraptor/Vista install issue

    Hi Guys,

Im having issues with installing Vista onto my new Velociraptor HDD. Vista states that the HDD is not a suitable boot device. Any idea's as to what it could be. Im obviously missing a setting in the bios but not sure what it could be?

Ive also tried it with an old 74gb raptor and still no joy. A normal 500gb seagate installs fine?

    Thanks in advance :)

Exact wording during install: This computers hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure that the disks controller is enabled in the computers bios menu? <!-- / message -->

turned out that It didnt like me trying to do a fresh install with my raid array plugged in. I had to install Vista x64 and then intall the raid drivers afterwards instead of during the install.
