    Thanks for the heads up.

Wiggo, glad to hear your new PC is up and running without a problem.

Hope you guys are on-line this weekend because I have a feeling I might need some help if things don't go smoothly.

Once I get my MOB it might take me the entire weekend to configure everything...like I said before this is my first PC being built. Hoping everything goes smoothly.

    nosX,

Glad to hear you'll be around. :bounce:

For some reason I thought I might get lucky and find the MOB on my doorstep when I got home today but no luck. If Gigabyte shipped last Friday like they said they did there's no reason I shouldn't have the MOB tomorrow (Friday Aug. 16th).

If it's not hear tomorrow Gigabyte's going to be getting another phone call.

Of course they're closed now or I would call them tonight. Of course they don't e-mail you or anything telling you the tracking # so someone can be home to get the delivery. I'm fortunate someone will be home because it's been 90+% in NJ the past few days. Nothing like letting that MOB cook in the sun aaaah.

    RMA STATUS UPDATE !

(3 days my A _ _ !)...thanks again Gigabyte !! So now we're looking at Monday (Aug. 19th, 2002) to recieve the "re-worked" MOB.

RIGHT FROM UPS TRACKING WEB SITE

    ********************************************
    Status: In Transit
    Scheduled Delivery: Aug 19, 2002
    Shipped to: SPARTA, NJ, US
Shipped or Billed on: Aug 12, 2002

    Aug 19, 2002....YOU KIDDING ME?

Thanks Olisha (Gigabyte-RMA Dept) who told me this was RMA'd on Friday (Aug. 9th, 2002). The UPS tracking info shows this didn't go out until the following Monday (Aug. 12th, 2002) and that was at 6:44pm !

P.S. I was only able to get the UPS Tracking number after calling Gigabyte RMA dept. for over an hour because the recording keep stating; "NO ONE IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME". Keep up the great customer service Gigabyte.
