Ntune is unable to implement any changes that it makes (even those that are greyed out in the bios). There is a very quiet high pitch squeak (like a dog whistle) when I try to change the fsb memory clock mode and it also freezes at this point. I do not know if the motherboard is responsible, but I am unable to make any changes to the graphics card fan speed or clock speeds either. To my knowledge I am running the most recent version of the bios. When everything is set to default the same occurs. Here are some photos taken from various bios menus that should be useful:
