Go into the BIOS, then "BIOS Features Setup" and then at the "1st Boot Device" use the "Page Down" key till "CDROM" is selected. Change the "2nd Boot Device" to "Floppy" and the "3rd Boot Device" to what ever the hard drive is on (IDE-0 normally). Now "Save & Exit Setup" then you should be able to boot from the CDROM. ;)

Thanks for the response, but the CDROM option was not even in any of the boot device options.

I had just installed the board, the CDROM drives were listed in IDE auto detection, but I couldn't get the CDROM option to show in the boot device under "BIOS features setup".

However when I set AUTO in IDE auto detection, quit and then rebooted - the option to boot from CDROM appeared in BIOS Setup features.

Maybe one to remember for future!

    Cheers anyway!
