Default Can't get full hyper transport or ram speed on gigabyte 890gpa-ud3h

Hi guys, my friend and I are setting up a new computer, and for the life of us, we cannot get the ram to run at 1866 nor can we get the ht to run at 2600, it only runs at 2000 and the ram runs at 1600. The old ram i had would only run at 1333 even though it was 1600 and now the 1866 only runs at 1600. The only reason i got the new ram was because my mobo specs says it runs ram at 1066/1333/1866. I put my specs in my sig for what kind of system i have. We have tried many different ways to get this to work but we keep getting a message about over clocking when we try to run it after setting the bios. I do have the lastest bios v2.1
