I wanted to upgrade to fg1 but the file was a little too big(2m) so i will have to make it work.. but it is also a new beta, is there a new guide out for the new bios update? and a good guide or easy step by step will be posted by me if i can get it going .. likewise any pointers are much appreciated..!

You have to use @BIOS in windows or FlashSPI from DOS to flash the larger BIOSes (May need to use /X or /Z {CAPS needed} switches with FlashSPI)
