    I don't have any recomendations per se.
    A search on Amazon or other seller online should produce some possibilities.

    I know TechTV has a video out on upgrading your home computer, which judging by the content of their TV shows should be informative.

    I did a few searches myself before posting, and with many of the results it was impossible to tell how recent some of the videos might be
