hey i just built my new system and everything is working fine ecept that the built in sound (AC97) is not installing. i dont know why and believe me i tried the obvious things, i used the cd that came with the motherboard and when it asked me to reboot ever time windows brings up the found new hardware **** and when it tries (WinXP that is) to install them it says an error occured while trying to install you hardware. i know that if i reinstall windows this stuff will be fixed cause i know it must be my previous drivers that are causion some kind of conflict or something. is there a way to find them and delete them?
or is it something else my problem, cause i did not update the bios?
